Our group classes move at a faster pace and a private setting will give you the opportunity to learn our transitions, go over any necessary modifications, and ensure you feel comfortable before joining group classes.

RIZE CLASSES

REFORMER 1.0+ (COACH IN TRAINING): BEGINNER (ALL LEVELS)
This is a new offering at RIZE. It’s the same style as our Reformer 1.0 Class format, but taught by our newer coaches at RIZE. The “+” indicates no active injuries or need for major modifications.

NOTE: This class is a different price and set to $15/drop in. If you have a GOLD membership or Unlimited Reformer Memberships, you can use it to book into these classes.

REFORMER RESTORE: BEGINNER (ALL LEVELS)
This is a slower paced class. Great for those who have ACTIVE INJURIES, managing chronic pain, postpartum or living with Osteoporosis. Must have booked a 1:1 with a coach first so they may know how to work with you in a group setting. Capped at 4.

REFORMER 1.0: BEGINNER (ALL LEVELS)
Great place to start and be for awhile if you are new to Reformer & are ready to build a foundational practice.

REFORMER 1.5: INTERMEDIATE
This class builds on the Reformer 1.0 foundation. Expect a continuous flow that blends classical principles with contemporary Pilates.
Prerequisite: Completion of 5-10+ Reformer 1.0 Classes & NOT currently injured or in need of significant modifications.

REFORMER 2.0+: ADVANCED CLASSICAL
Expect to be challenged with the most difficult classical exercises and choreography in Pilates. This class will test your flexibility, coordination, strength & endurance.
*Prerequisite: Completion of 10+ Reformer 1.5 Classes & NOT currently injured or in need of significant modifications.

ATHLETIC REFORMER+: THE WORKOUT
This is our performance-driven class. Expect faster-paced, less choreography and more functional strength training.
We’ll use the jump board, chair & tower in addition to the reformer.
*Prerequisite: Completion of 5-10+ Reformer 1.0 AND 5+ Reformer 1.5 Classes. Must also not be currently injured or in need of significant modifications
