CORE 30’ (FREE CLASS M/W/F)
Our Core 30’ class is FREE and paired with our Cycle 30’ Class during the M/W/F lunch hour to offer a full hour workout to our members.
*If you just want to just spin, book the cycle class at 12pm. If you want to do both, please sign up for both classes so we account the correct amount of bikes for the spin portion.
CYCLE 30’ X CORE 30’

What is Cycle 30 X Core 30? It's a new class at Rize studio where we get the best of both worlds! This class is "teamed up" with the Cycle class in offering a perfect 30/30 combo of cardio & core.
The class first starts with a 30 minutes of core work using kettlebells, dumbbells, the pull up bar, heroboards and more. After 30 minutes, we'll put the equipment away and pull the bikes out for 30 minutes of short and sweet cardio!
Come ready to get after it! 60 minutes goes by fast! :)

BEATS CYCLE 30’, 50’ & 60’
DAILY
Beats Cycle is a 30, 50 or 60 minute choreographed Cardio workout on stationary bikes.
Night club lighting sets the scene for a collective group dynamic & mind-body fusion. Playlists are designed to guide us through a routine of cardio training, core training & FUN!
You'll need indoor workout sneakers, a water bottle, and sweat towel. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to loud music.
We’ve got Spinner NXT, Schwinn AC Sport & Technogym bikes to choose from so bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats if you have them.
All Levels Welcome. FIRST TIMERS, Please come 15 minutes prior to class so we can get you set up on a bike!

Our Conditioning Classes cater to all levels. We’ll meet you where you are and give you lots of options to help you get in a great workout all while having fun and getting strong & fit!
Each class takes you through various circuits that focus on compound exercises that mimic real-life movement patterns all while building muscle, elevating your heart rate and improving your overall strength and power. Plan on training with dumbbells, kettlebells & heroboards as well as the ski erg, assault bike and the rowing machine! Come ready to explore new movements & new equipment!
Get ready to have a great workout, 60 minutes goes by fast!
KETTLEBELL (KB) Flow

Our Kettlebell Flow combines strength training, conditioning, calorie burning and muscle building all into one jam packed hour.
Come ready to learn and hone in the foundational kettlebell movements including the deadlift, swing, squat, clean, press, snatch, rows and more.
The kettlebell is a powerful tool for improving your fitness and overall body composition. You will not only improve your core strength, your grip strength, and your cardiovascular fitness, but also increase your mobility and flexibility - teaching you to move with quality and within your full range of motion.
With the proper technique and guidance, we promise you'll learn for yourself why kettlebells are one of the most fun and effective fitness tools out there!

Mat 1 foundational class introduces the principles of Pilates, focusing on proper alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement. Designed for beginners or those seeking to refine their practice, this course emphasizes developing strength, flexibility, and body awareness through a series of accessible and effective exercises. Perfect for individuals of all fitness levels looking to build a strong foundation and improve overall well-being.
Mat 2 Pilates Intermediate to Advanced course is designed for individuals with prior Pilates experience who are ready to deepen their practice. Building on the foundational principles of Pilates, this class focuses on more complex movements that require greater core strength, flexibility, and control.
Participants will refine their technique, enhance body awareness, and challenge their endurance through dynamic, flowing sequences. This course is ideal for those who have mastered Level 1 or equivalent Pilates fundamentals and are prepared to progress to the next level of strength and precision.
REFORMER PILATES **All Reformer classes run for 50 minutes.

M'kenna's Reformer Pilates Classes are a full-body workout that uses a Pilates Reformer machine to perform Pilates exercises. The reformer has a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level.

The Small Group Training Classes are a format that provides a full-body workout involving a series of exercises performed in zones with short rest intervals between each exercise.
This style of training allows us to incorporate more of the studio space to include the rig, barbell, and pull up bar as well as the dumbbells, kettlebells, heroboards and the other equipment we use in our conditioning class.
Due to the limited space, we cap this class out at 6 people. All levels are welcome and we can scale exercises up or down based on training experience. Each coach has their own format that includes various power, strength, mobility, conditioning and balance exercises. !

WIZE (WARRIOR) Conditioning Class is a new class at Rize Studio. It's part of a collective of classes offered to our clients 50 & older.

Wize Mat Pilates is designed for individuals over 50 or those recovering from injuries, WIZE Mat Pilates focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through gentle yet active movement. This class emphasizes Pilates fundamentals, including proper alignment, core engagement, and controlled breathing, while offering modifications to accommodate different needs and abilities.
Perfect for those looking to stay active, improve mobility, and support recovery, this class combines mindful exercises with an approachable pace to promote overall well-being. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, WIZE Mat Pilates is your path to moving smarter and feeling stronger.

Lift Club is designed for ANY & ALL of our members who want to take ownership of their barbell training in a semiprivate group setting (6x people max).
These 60-minute classes combine the barbell and bodyweight movements to build up a solid conditioning base. This class is great for building confidence with classic strength lifts, the complexity is low but the energy out put is high.
This group meets two-three days a week and will be programmed in 6 week training blocks. M/W/F class repeats the same workouts each week and the T/TH class repeats the same workouts each week so that we can see progress and dial in form to get better and more comfortable with the movements week by week.

KICKBOXING

Our kickboxing classes are designed to learn how to correctly strike and block opponents. This is not a cardio kickboxing class although you will break a sweat.
Rize provides gloves/pads. Handwraps are required. Wraps can be purchased at the studio, cost is $10/set. Other gear can also be purchased at Rize.
